Alex Vargo is the Vice President of Manufacturing at Lako, where he oversees day-to-day manufacturing operations, driving efficiency and innovation in precision tooling and automation. With a strong background in manufacturing operations, CNC programming, and mechanical design engineering, Alex plays a key role in optimizing processes and ensuring high-quality production.

Before transitioning into manufacturing leadership, Alex served as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps, where he developed the leadership skills and discipline that continue to shape his approach to operations management. His contributions to the industry were recognized in 2024 when he received the On The Rise Award, highlighting his impact and leadership potential in packaging and processing.

Outside of work, Alex is an avid golfer and hiker with a long-term goal of visiting every U.S. National Park.
